As executive vice president and CFO, Brian Lynskey provides leadership on the day-to-day affairs of Façade Solutions New York, advising the board of directors and executive management on matters including contracts, partnerships, litigation, regulatory affairs, privacy and intellectual property. Bryan is responsible for the company's mergers, acquisitions, strategic investing efforts and over all expansion and diversification.
With over 26 years of experience in the finance industry, Bryan Lynskey has built partnerships with many of the world’s biggest banks including HSBC, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, Bank of America and common wealth bank of Australia.
Bryan brings his hard work, passion and leadership beyond his professional life in to his community, on weekends and off hours he can be found coaching youth athletics and serving as a mentor to countless young people.
Doug Raymond
Executive Vice President Legal Department
Doug Raymond serves as Façade Solutions New York’s Chief Legal officer. Raymond holds a JD from Seton Hall Law school as well as a Masters of Law in Banking from Fordham University.
In his seventeen years of experience Doug has represented private equity firms, local, regional, and national banks, domestic and foreign hedge funds, and private lenders in a wide range of activities and negotiated mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures including traditional and non-traditional real estate finance, leasehold finance, debtor-in-possession finance, litigation finance, consumer lending finance, Native American tribal lending, and financing of natural resources.
Doug is responsible for overseeing Façade Solutions Of New York’s worldwide legal affairs including litigation, intellectual property, accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations.
Evan Beaumont
Chief Innovation Officer
Evan Beaumont brings 14 years as an innovator in the construction, contracting and subcontracting space to Façade Solutions New York. Formerly a project manager with a focus on digital innovations, BIM and aec at Plaza Construction, and the BP Group Evan brings a wealth of technical knowledge and industry experience to his role as FSNY’s Chief Innovation officer. His approach ensures the company’s innovative solutions serve both the needs of FSNY’s team and clients with best in class solutions, and dedication to building out a world class, industry leading digital presence and platform.
As part of his work at Façade Solutions New York, Evan ensures that the company is investing in the right technical solutions, and protecting its intellectual property as developed in house and in partnership with affiliated companies.
Evan represents the technical expertise of the FSNY team in technical publications and industry presentations. Beaumont holds a B.S in mechanical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury.
